I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The room I got was much better than what I had originally booked. It had a funky smell at first, but that disappeared once I aired it out and turned on the air conditioner. The check-out process was a bit of a letdown, especially after being treated like a VIP thanks to my connection with the rodeo.
